Events

Here’s where you’ll find information regarding all of our upcoming retreats, conferences, and events for the year.

Every year 1100+ Middle School students (6-8th grade) gather at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park to encounter God through a “mountain-top” experience.  Each year we bring in a speaker/entertainer to host the weekend – this year we will be joined by Popple.  The high energy speakers, dynamic worship, fellowship and adoration help ignite a passion for Jesus in the young people which encourages them to live their faith in everyday life.

Theme: The Chronicles of Narnia

“Safe?… ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.'” –C.S. Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia

According to C.S. Lewis, author of The Chronicles of Narnia, the whole Narnia story is about Christ. The central figure of the entire series, Aslan is representative of the person of Christ. Lewis offered Aslan as the as answer to the question: What would Christ, the Son of God, be like if he had been born in the land of Narnia instead of being born in Bethlehem? That very notion is made manifest throughout the entire series: as one encounters Aslan, they encounter the person of Christ in a new and powerful way.

Theme: Restored

“Restore us, O God; let your face shine, that we may be saved.” -Psalm 80:3 RSV

Can you remember a time when you weren’t anxious about something? The chaos of our lives can overwhelm us and make it difficult to see anything other than confusion and brokenness.

And somewhere along the way, we’ve forgotten who we are – and, more importantly, who God is.

We have a good, loving Father in heaven who created us to share in His glory, to see everything and everyone with His eyes. His greatest desire is to raise us up out of our fear and anxiety and restore us to the hope and abundant life that only He can give.

This summer, over 50,000 Catholic teens across North America will attend one of 25 Steubenville Youth Conferences to encounter the God who calls us out of darkness and into his marvelous light. Lift your eyes to the glory of God. Be restored.
