GivingSt Mark Prayer Shawl Ministry knits or crochets prayer shawls and blankets for those in need of strength while undergoing medical procedures, comfort after a loss, or in need of peace and patience during an illness or recovery. The prayer shawl gives the recipient a tangible example of God’s love and that their church family is praying for them.
The crafter prays before, beginning and while making the shawl. Completed shawls and blankets are blessed and delivered to the recipients.
If you love to knit or crochet (or would like to learn!) you are welcome to join us on the second Tuesday of each month, or work from your home.
